In the Beginning
-

-
(Right ~ Scene two) Then God created spirit beings to worship Him.

Creation
-
Day 1: God said, “Let there be light”. God separated the light from the darkness. There was evening and morning the first day.
-
Day 2: God said, “Let there be an expanse. Let it separate the waters above from the waters below” There was evening and morning the second day.
-
Day 3: God said, “Let dry land appear”. God also made vegetation. There was evening and morning the third day.
-
Day 4: God made sun, moon and stars There was evening and morning the fourth day
-
Day 5: God said, “Let the waters be filled with all the living things” God also made birds. God said, “Be fruitful and multiply” There was evening and morning the fifth day.
-
Day 6: God made the animals. God made man & woman. God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth.” There was evening and morning the sixth day.
-
Day 7: God rested on the seventh day. He blessed it and made it holy because on it He rested from all His work of creating. Notice the pattern in the Scripture. There’s “evening & morning, day 1 … evening & morning, day 2 … evening & morning, day 3″ (Gen.1). God establishes the pattern and wants man to follow: work 6 days and rest on the 7th day, the Sabbath (Exd.20:8-11). The Sabbath begins Friday evening at sunset and continues through Saturday morning…until the beginning of the evening of the first day of the week.
